Uffe Bundgaard-Jørgensen
PhD in Economics, with 20+ years of leadership in Danish energy and venture capital sectors. Advised international funds, chaired EU Commission roles, and authored "How to Attract Investors." Conducted numerous master classes across Europe, and registered Business Coach with the European Commission.

Carmen Bianca Socaciu
With a strong international business background, Carmen has been leading EU-funded projects for the past 10+ years. Carmen specialises in proposal writing, consortium building, international market research and business development, empowering cross-border projects to make a tangible impact.

Marius-Febi Matei
PhD-educated, interdisciplinary practical experience merging science (lab research, food chemistry) with economics. Leading and managing large EU-funded projects for 8+ years. Actively coaching business cases, strategic advice with a knack for numbers, business plan development and proposal writing.

Benjamin Gardner
Ben is the strategic visionary of the team, bringing over 15 years of commercial experience to his role. He oversees the operation and management of the organisation, ensuring that G2H consistently delivers impactful results and drives sustainable growth.

Michalina Pietras
Michalina has a strong academic focus on sustainable development and the intersection of ecological and social issues. With experience from various public institutions, she supports EU-supported projects by facilitating partner communication, preparing reports, and assisting in business case development.

With a background in economics and management and a passion for change, Noemi is the new addition to the team. She supports the progress of EU-funded projects and contributes to proposal writing for Horizon Europe calls.
