Value Proposition

Creating a value proposition is essential for targeting the right market and understanding the unique benefits of a product or service. This session starts with foundational concepts, explaining the components of a strong value proposition and its role in marketing and investor appeal. Teams then move into interactive exercises, where they map out customer profiles, identify key pain points, and clarify how their solution provides specific, impactful benefits.

By the end of the session, each team will have a refined value proposition that captures the unique benefits of their project to a specific customer group.

Funding and liquidity

Securing funding is critical, especially in the ‘Death Valley Curve’ phase, where businesses may face significant cash flow challenges. This workshop equips partners with knowledge and strategies to bridge this gap, covering various funding options and financial planning techniques.

We start with an overview of the funding landscape, including grants, loans, and investment opportunities. Business modelling

IPR - Intellectual Property Rights

The workshop covers the primary categories of IPR, such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, using accessible examples.
