Our role in the project
In the ROTATE project, we are focusing on the Exploitation, Training and Business Strategy section. Wwe offer to the consortium’s partners fundamental support and coaching sessions on IPR, value proposition and business model strategy. Through these training sessions, we help identify technical opportunities toward the most promising directions, widen the possibilities for innovation activities and ensure future market uptake.
Main activities:
Assessment of key exploitable results and identification of risks and needs related to pursuing their commercialization.
Developing business models and plans for each exploitable result.
Supporting implementation of adequate strategies for the protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
