Our role in the project
We lead the work package focusing on Exploitation, Regulatory and Business Strategy. We specifically focus on:
Mapping and continuously updating the IP directory of the project and making sure that the necessary agreements are in place
Defining key results with a high chance of commercialisation
Developing tailored business plans and strategies for key results by the end of the project
Supporting exploitation activities through interactive workshop sessions
Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements for nature-based solutions
Project agreement with our sister company Gate2Growth
